It’s 2011 and we’re in Rome. The government is on the verge of collapse, the Vatican is at crisis point and the city’s squares are quite literally on fire. In the middle world, Cinaglia (Filippo Nigro) has tried to pick up where Samurai left off and, together with Badali (Emmanuele Aita), he is still managing the city’s criminal affairs, with the help of Adelaide (Paola Sotgiu)...。出生在墨西哥的尼罗，一直以来都怀揣着一个美国梦。他从小就在边境线上和一群美国的少年一起玩排球。于是，要成为一个美国公民，就成了他的毕生梦想。尼罗的一个哥哥曾经成功地穿过了边境，来到美国，并且用服兵役做手段获得了美国公民的身份。他现在在洛杉矶的一座豪宅里工作。豪宅主人的奢华生活让尼罗大开眼界。而尼罗要获得绿卡，唯一的捷径就是加入美国军队，执行军事任务。服役期满后，自然就得到了绿卡。于是，尼罗就来到军队，前往沙漠地带，为了自己的“公民权”展开实际意义上的“战斗”。一挺机关枪，就是他成为公民的捷径 。。
