《月和雷》是角田光代于2012年出版的长篇小说，讲述生活如浮萍的女子和儿子阿智，以及这对母子跟过去住在一起的男子的女儿泰子的故事。泰子幼时母亲就离家出走了，就这样感受不到家庭温暖的她默默长大，某天父亲情妇的儿子却出现在了她的面前，平静的生活因而发生了变化。。贤秀（申世京）是做整容医生的母亲尹熙（道智苑）的掌上明珠，她虽对整形手术没有一点兴趣，一同在美术学院读书的好朋友却都热衷通过人工再造让自己变得更美丽，然而她们在被尹熙在手术台上改造过后，先后离奇地惨死，一时间贤秀和母亲陷入恐慌中。最好的朋友盛恩（安圭莲）完好无损，成为贤秀最大的安慰。
