老杨曾患胃癌，参加上海市癌症康复俱乐部后担任了俱乐部黄浦区南京东路块的块长。在没有报酬，没有资金的情况下，他将癌症患者们组织在一起做公益，延长了癌症患者们的生命。但老杨年龄越来越大，很难找到接班人。。Detective Sam Dietz (Leo Rossi) yet again must find and stop another serial killer who kills a number of women in ritualistic executions.
