在一场阴谋中，高中生星村真姬娜（秋山奈奈 配音）及其全家被名为“七星”的神秘组织全数杀害。之后，和尚田神景世（藤原启治 配音）利用属大元帅系真元密宗的光言宗的神秘法术将真姬娜复活使其成为“尸姬”——一种死前怨念极深，复活后拥有异于常人的强大行动力的活死人。尸姬通常为女性，按照契约中所述，她们要跟同类“尸”战斗，当斩杀满108个敌人后，即可获得通往极乐世界的资格。
不久之后，田神景世战死，他与真姬娜的契约转换到了其养子花神旺里（羽染达也 配音）手中。在同伴的帮助下，真姬娜开始追查杀害父母的真凶的下落，而邪恶的“七星”也为了某些秘密的目的而开始蠢蠢欲动。。Haunted by the death of his father and other psychological traumas, Daniel (Roberto Scorza) returns to the home where he was raised.
