Part...。艺术系女生安琪（Audrey Tautou饰）爱上了心脏科医生路易（Samuel Le Bihan饰），可对方已是有妇之夫，也对安琪表现得若即若离，但安琪始终默默守护在路易身旁，坚信两人的真爱会克服一切险阻，最终在一起。
路易的爱并不忠贞，在让安琪一次次失望后，他最终还是回到妻子身旁，受不了打击的安琪一时冲动下，打开煤气自杀……
安琪被及时赶到的路易救了下来，醒来后，他们彼此才发现原来这段爱情并非表面所见的那样，一切事情的背后都另有隐情……。
