想当警察吗？据说，谁抓够了100个小偷，警校就能特招。北京少年马辉和于岩都是17岁，两人有生以来最大的愿望都是能当上警察，穿上警服去抓坏人。他们结伴报考警校，结果双双落榜。两人都很郁闷，看来整个夏天和以后的日子可能就要这么郁闷下去了。
