一支中国援外医疗小分队，为履行职业使命来到南太平洋的一座小岛上，谁知刚落地就碰到百年一遇的天灾，一场与时间赛跑的救援行动正式展开，这群医务工作者们却万万没想到，他们在这座小岛上不仅要圆满完成救援任务，也即将揭开一场巨大的阴谋。。Two places are in focus in this soap. First of all the hospital clinic run by Göran Fridell, a doctor who can not take advice from others, including his wife Ingrid, who also works at the hospital.
