The film will concentrate on key aggregation points around the world: Mexico, South Africa...。希望学园是一所集结了全日本众多不良少女头目的恐怖女子高中，而担任风纪委员长的野坂洋子（衣麻辽子饰）更与教头石原千太郎（今井健二饰）沆瀣一气，在校内掀起血雨腥风，伤害死亡事件时有发生。 不久三名学生转入希望学园，其中风间典子（杉本美树饰）正是为了替被杀的好友报仇转来这里，而她的宿敌多岐川美纪（池玲子饰）亦尾随前来。得知典子的心情，美纪暂时放下恩怨，与之联手共同对抗野坂和石原一众。她们联合周刊记者，披露了石原与市议员勾结的丑闻，此举惹怒学园理事长佐藤茂（金子信雄饰），并由此引发一场巨大的学园大对抗……。
