大发（陈龙 饰）、二发（陈敬 饰）和三发（程守一 饰）自小生长在小岛之上，由瘫痪不能行走的母亲一手拉扯长大，三人样貌心智上各有缺陷，性格亦因此不可避免的发生了扭曲。母亲一心希望能给三发找到一个老婆传宗接代，为此不惜绑架软禁了一位名为阿宝（袁丽嫦 饰）的女子。
