《2023山东卫视元宵晚会》以“灯彩迎春中国潮”为主题，立足中华优秀传统文化，以各种优秀传统文化符号融贯整场晚会，营造一个既传统民俗，又时尚潮流的上元节节日氛围，传递中国人独有的浪漫情怀。。四名女学生沈迷于银仙游戏，可是在玩毕后，邪门之事接踵而来。其中阿May与晴相约打机，阿May玩跳舞机时突然不能自制，被神秘力量令她跳至脚肿才能停止，后来更在半梦半醒之间似觉被污辱多次。晴则在来机铺认识一男子，两人感情发展顺利，而晴问银仙有关她与男子的事，银仙均表示赞同。正当二人同往探望病愈的阿May时，阿May见该男子后即表现得非常惊恐，而该男子亦终于展露出狰狞面孔……。Here's a modern-day film noir in which you're never sure what's real and what isn't real.
