一年后，阿淑从国外回国，邀请大家到自己的别墅去叙旧。
刚入住不久，便有很多离奇的事发生，每有一个人失踪或被杀，其中一间客房便多一个黑掌印出现，剩下的3人各自猜测，互不信任。
